This is a 3D rendering of Macy's Valley Fair in San Jose California as it appeared in 1957. Everything, including colors, are accurate to what this structure looked like during that period. This illustration was created with Discreet 3D Studio Max 1.2. The two vehicles, a Corvette and a '53 Chevy were modeled from scratch. Discreet Character Studio was used to illustrate the woman walking along the front sidewalk. Data to create this scene was gathered from an aerial photo, courtesy of Del Carlo Photography, and 8mm home movies. This database has also been optimized in MultiGen Creator for real-time viewing.
